Privacy Policy
HereMake is operated by LINBOTICS INC. in Niagara and Thorold, Ontario. We use the information you send us to quote, design, and make photo albums, 3D prints, and 3D models. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your first name, email, an optional phone number, the service you need, and a description of the project. That description may include photos, design notes, or a link to a 3D file.
The on-site chat stores your messages so we can reply. A random session id is saved in your browser so the conversation can be shown again when you return.
How we use it
We use this information to answer you and to complete the work you asked for. We do not publish your photos or project files unless you ask us to. Contact form messages are emailed to us through Mailgun. Chat messages are stored on our server and sent to our team through Telegram.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and project files for as long as we need them to finish your order and keep ordinary business records. Email [email protected] if you would like a copy, a correction, or deletion of information we no longer need.
